Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Mix Match Board service, which lets users discover, create, like, collect and share outfit boards (mix-match), and open Outfit and Accessories pages via partner links.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. User account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be of legal age in your country or have guardian consent.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant Mix Match Board a non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute it within the service. You warrant you have the necessary rights and will not publish unlawful or infringing content.
5. Partner links
Some Outfit and Accessories cards link to third-party merchants via partner links. Mix Match Board is not the seller: pricing, availability and purchase terms are solely those of the merchant.
6. Intellectual property
The brand, interface, logos and service materials are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or delete accounts for Terms breaches, fraud or security risks. You may request account closure at any time.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Mix Match Board is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or temporary unavailability.
9. Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts.
